Machine Sprayed Monocouche Render

We use the PFT G5, one the the most popular and easy to use multi-purpose mixing pumps. It automatically and continuously mixes and pumps most factory blended dry pre-mixed renders with water to a homogeneous ready to use wet render. With the large front wheels the hopper can be easily manoeuvred around a building site, and at only 65cm wide it will fit through most modern doorways.

As each wall rendering job is different, we select the most appropriate product from the leading render manufacturers to produce the best, high-quality result that should last up to 30 years without maintenance or painting.

External Render Finishes

Not only do monocouche , one-coat renders have the colour all the way through the render, but you can choose from a variety of different textured decorative finishes.

In addition the fine & medium scraped, float & towel smoothed and smooth & spray textured, we can use coloured aggregate for Dry Dash. Also tyrolean, smooth stucco, roughcast, pebbledash, flat rendered walls, brick rend and Ashlar Cut are available.

Monocouche Wall Rendering Colours

Shown are the 50 standard colours (over 140 available on request) in the PAREX range of Monocouche (One Coat) Mineral Renders to give a crisp, clean finish to your walls.

A website is not the best place to choose a colour, even the same colour applied with different textured finishes may look different – for the best colour selection please contact us for samples.

Monocouche Renderering

Monocouche, one-coat rendering uses a pre-mixed, cement-based with silicone or polymers added, weatherproof, breathable, cost effective through colour, internal or external rendering method, suitable for homes, offices, shops and commercial buildings.

When machine sprayed it is up to 3 times faster, saving on labour, scaffolding costs and site cleanup. The renders last up to 30 years making long term savings on not having to repaint.

For façades prone to cracking, a mesh can be embedded into the wet render to provide reinforcement.

Thin Coat Acrylic Render

Thin-coat silicone and acrylic flexible renders are ideal for large buildings where ease of maintenance is important due to their self-cleaning abilities. Thin-coat acrylic and silicone renders are also applied on to external wall insulation systems and are also suited to renovation projects where substrate cracking has been an issue in the past.

Acrylics & silicone renders can be ordered & manufactured in many RAL colours.

Heritage Lime Rendering

On period properties and listed buildings when undergoing restoration and renovation, lime based renders are usually specified.

YSR have a large range of lime-based products that also come as through-coloured pre-mixed render for texture and colour consistency, speed of application and where the final finish and appearance is similar to that of monocouche renders.
